Sad, excellent player!

All part of the continuing saga where lot's of the players are leaving even earlier than he.

Exemplary example of Irish Rugby that has progressed significantly in the Pro game.

Heaslip was the best player in his position in Britain and Ireland by a distance in his day.

Very good player. Ireland have been blessed with back row forwards for many years and continue to produce them from their ‘back row factory’ ( just like our outside half factory of many years ago ) even though Stander is a Yarpy !
