I've been on edge the whole of the first half. Scarlets repeatedly under pressure but defence holding firm then.....Scarlets score.
HT 3 - 22 could have been 3 - 29 with a yellow card for Bath.
Wasn't to be.
Don't know if I'll be able to post in the second half.
Just pouring my second glass of Rioja Red.

You have to stop the rapid offload against Llanelli and Bath, broadly speaking, managed it in the first fixture at PYS. Lack of that has cost them tonight.

Absolutely *fupping* shameful performance by Bath. Once again players wafting around who can't be arsed to get in position, something I've been complaining about or years. Completely different brands of rugby. Bath attack is uncreative, imprecise and dominated by 1 pass into contact, slow recycle 1 pass again. When doing multiple passes, it never fixes the defence. Until Bath get actually competent coaches in for attack and defence, we will continue to be the lumbering team.

Scarlets playing a brilliant brand of rugby and will go on to teach Bath a lesson at this rate, not that the lesson will be learned. I mean, they have come into this seemingly oblivious to the Scarlets offloading game. Only Watson has any credit for Bath

Dan Jones has made some costly errors so far. Do the Scarlets really only have Halfpenny and McNichol at Fullback? Much prefer to see Patchell at 10.

I think Dan is doing fine, considering. Not perfect, but this has to be his biggest game ever so nerves have to be there.

Scarlets have been brilliant so far, but can they keep this up?
