Re: Manchester United The Rumbelows Cup winners 2017
Why should you get help from the FA over fixture pile up? That's what happens when you have successful runs in Cup competitions! It happened to us last year. Stop listening to your manager and listen to your former captain instead!

I do kind of agree with what you're saying, although I'd say playing in Russia on the Thursday then a cup tie on the Monday, then again on the Thursday and then the 12pm kick off on the Sunday is a little ridiculous. Iirc the fa rearranged a load of fixtures for Man City because of fixture pile up a few years ago Keane is a tit with an agenda and has been since he was booted out of the club.

Re: Manchester United The Rumbelows Cup winners 2017
Storming game at Old Trafford.
United took the lead and forced the Anderlecht goalie to save after save. Rashford is looking top class.
Two great saves and then the possession started to swing towards Anderlecht who look very good with their intricate passing game.
A bit of confusion in the United defence and Anderlecht's numbers in the penalty area saw United conceding a goal that they might have cleared twice.
1-1 at half time and Mourinho has a headache now as the Anderlecht forwards are getting good service from their midfield.
Pogba looks good at times for United but he can't do it all one his own.

Re: Manchester United The Rumbelows Cup winners 2017
The win came at a cost with Rojo and Ibrahimovic both out for the season after ACL injuries. Ibra more than likely played his last game for the club, sad way for a great player to go out
As for the game United were on top and dominated but, story of the season struggled to convert the numerous chances they created
Celta Vigo in the semis now.....if we have enough players to field a full side of course.

A bit of luck in the next couple of games and you'll be in the top 4, Prys. Nice one.

Re: Manchester United The Rumbelows Cup winners 2017
Top four is gone for United Bouch....looooooooong gone
When Liverpool were dropping point all over the place that was Uniteds chance to capitalise but we'd then draw against mediocre side after missing a bucket load of chances week after week
I think where we are is a fair reflection of this current United squad so no complaints from me tbf. A cup and a Europa semi through playing some good stuff is ok with me for Mou's first season
Need to push on a little next season though.

Re: Manchester United The Rumbelows Cup winners 2017
It's done bouch
Uniteds run in is difficult, especially now with the latest injuries. Ibrahimovic, Mata and Rojo arguably our best players this season all out and we're also down to two fit centre halves
We had our chance but weren't good enough and 5th/6th is a fair reflection of where we are at the moment.

You should get 4th, particularly if you win the derby
