Best sporting moment: A trial for Toshack's Swansea City.
worst sporting moment: Not being offered a spot with Toshack's Swansea City.Trying to drink a yard in Furnace rugby club.
Favourite players, Selwyn Williams,Phil Bennett,Robert Jones
Dislikes: Waste, marmite, middlemen, what they did to Stradey Park and show jumping
likes: Saturday mornings, portrait painting, bread dipped in egg, played rugby for free

My fave marmite recipe.

get some spuds, dice them into roughly 19mm cubes, deep fry them (square chips), drop them into butter with a nice lashing or Marmite in there and and coat them.

Eat > enjoy (love em or hate em).

they'm lush (as they say in Varteg) :D

My favourite marmite recipe.

Buy 6 of the largest pots of marmite you can find.

Throw them away and go out for a curry when you are hungry.

I always stick a spoonful of it into the stew. Adds taste and stops my brother having any

Ha Haa, thanks boys. I just might give the 19mm cubes a go Chris. If Wales beat NZ, I'll eat a jar full.
