Welcome to the board mate :thumbright: - probably having an easier time supporting the Rhinos then Carnigie at the moment, although it was a great escape job that Back did last season.

Wales have only beaten SA once. That would have been twice except for the actions of the Ospreys, Scarlets, Blues, Dragons and David Moffet... thanks a lot.

Think you are being unfair to Carneigie tbh. Back developed the team during the season and they fully deserved to finish ahead of Sale and Worcester and won more games than Newcastle who finished 1 ahead of them. That is not an escape job that is a solid first year Premiership performance! I don't like Back but he did a great job.

Oh I agree and applaud him achieving the unthinkable at the halfway stage - I actually like the guy, too - I just think that with the personel they've got they will always be battling relegation. Just like the Dragons (which is the club I support for the benefit of chidmas, who probably doesn't know). Both may come down to the crowd numbers, which mean that funding is never going to be at the level of the Tigers, Saints, Gloucester, Bath, Munster, Leinster, Ospreys.
