good/poor play, errors, some 'orrible ....etc

Hardly quality although becoming competitive

Well it's an interesting game now.
Fast and open but because neither side has a clue how to run an organised defence.

OK so England haven't fixed their massive defensive frailty then.

Reffing not having an effect, ...both teams liable for inconsistency, discipline and sensible game plan

It's toss a coin rugby and shapeless?

Presumably borrowed the ref from the Aus v Ireland game.

That said, this is all about Englands utter lack of composure or organisation in defence. They seem to lack a captain or anyone taking charge.

I was talking about a specific, he penalised England in a ruck where the were no England players for lying on the wrong side! There wasn't even an English player in the ruck.

I didn’t read too much into England’s defensive performance against the Barbarians but they are shipping a shedload of points here. Eddie Jones is now a man under big pressure.

I think both defences have been poor.

Eng are shapeless and shoddy, fair do's Boks....remarkable improvement during the game

This game has been interesting from a scoreline point of view and committed SA attitude and capability.

England look ...has to be said...poorly coached and poorly led?

and a May try that looked like walk in the park and no obvious defence.

Have England ever lost a game after being 21 points ahead?
