Yes, led by example.

He was very good. I thought Tomos Williams played well too. The only two players that improved their chances last night.

TW made one howling and inexplicable error but other than that played well.

Ellis is surely challenging Warbs now? With Tips as well we are blessed at 7.

Of course, TW wasn't without fault. But on his international debut in a position he has only recently become f8rst choice in for his region, I thought he did well.

Well he maybe will be first choice ahead of the World Cup? Gareth Davies does not seem to be able to manage a game but has the X factor and so seems best suited for a super sub role. Tomos' box kicking seems better and his game management, while needing some improvement, seems to have a better mix than that of Davies? With another year of being first choice at the Blue's that can only improve surely.

PS - never would have though he is 5ft 11inches!

Seems like the successor to Warburton and would probably have been an established part of the squads for a couple seasons before now if it weren't for the million and one other candidates (deservedly) taking their chances. So many good flankers... it's a nice problem to have.

I thought Cory Hill did very well too.

Other than that not too many positives from the game except of course the win...

I also agree with you about Hill, did really well one to watch Old Timer, ;)

Cubby's performance against the Pumas wasn't too shabby either. Second highest tackle count and a good turn of pace to score the first try. Plus a good few turnovers in jacking.
