Should you start a poll whether you should be ROFLing, LOLing or just a plain old giggling

OK I didn't write it too elegantly, but still how was Rob Evans voted? There is a reason why Gatland himself didn't take any Welsh props to New Zealand last year.

Wasn't Rob Evans injured during the Lions tour? Probably would have gone otherwise.

Yes he was injured, but he was originally going to tour with Wales and not the Lions.

How can anyone slate Rob Evans without looking at his track record?
By far the most active and effective prop around the park.
Never buckled once in the entire 6N.
Plus a really good tackle count.
What more can you ask of the guy?
Besides which Rob is the rock up front for the Scarlets.
Perhaps that is why you have a downer on him and not because of his track record. :thefinger:

I thought Rob Evans was disappointing in the earlier 6N games
but improved as the tournament went on but the number one
no 1 was Mako imho.

You need players from all nations in these polls. Regardless of form, there will be overrepresentation by the winners, followed by a couple of token Welsh and Scottish players.

It's just someone's opinion!

Whilst Ireland won the Grand Slam there are slightly too many Irish names on that list.

He may have only played half the tournament but Faletau was outstanding and would be my pick at no. 8.

Hadleigh Parkes was the best centre of the tournament so should be there instead of Basteraud or Ringrose. A few Scottish players like Huw Jones muddied their name by playing badly against Italy.

Huw Jones threw a hopeless inside pass, a try was lost.

Rob Evans and John Barclay lucky to make the line up. Aaron Shingler unlucky as is Farrell.
