Post Rugby Eligibility Argument
Having an argument currently about eligibility elsewhere. I'm being told that players can now switch allegiance from one country to the other, if they play in the sevens Olympic qualifying tournament for their new country, and they haven't played for their old country for 3 years. After this they can then play 15s for the new country.

I know that took place before 2016, but I thought the loophole was closed. I just can't seem to find a definitive ruling.

Anyone know where to find it? Or am I wrong, and former ABs could turn out for other countries by using the Olympics as a loophole.

Parkes qualifies for us today.

He's playing in the centre and he'll be a proud competitor for us.

Top man.

If there was a war against England right now, I'm sure he'd be right in there with his fellow Welsh soldiers :D
