Sounds good but wouldn't work in Ireland. Gaelic sports dominate that time period and they moved the soccer league to that time period a few years back so pretty crowded sports calendar already. Then throw in Test status for Irish cricket next year . So adding rugby to that time period would be bonkers for all involved. Less gates, less media coverage so reduced revenue.

Bit slow out the gate then, bummer. Everyone should’ve done it years ago. Coulda shoulda woulda I guess. :(
