Since Justin Tipuric might miss the game against Australia this weekend what back row should Wales use

Are Australia still doing the Pooper and Hocock thing? If so, our backrow is liable to be knotted up and inserted into their own anuses.

I see 20+ points here as Warren collects another check.

His is bigger, and he sits in the stand.

12 months ago I sat in the stand having just finished radiotherapy for prostate cancer. I reckon I was far more up for it than most of our team and couldn't have looked half as gormless as a certain tall winger. We can't be that bad again can we........

Can't see us getting close to this Aus team.
Specifically re the back row though, why is Tom Young not in the squad, given all the 7's we have out injured? With Tipuric probably out injured for Saturday he'd have been a natural replacement, instead the inexperienced (at international level) Navidi is likely to have to play out of position against probably the best 7 in the world. :(

Irrespective of which of Navidi or Thomas Young is better, Navidi is neither less experienced than Young at international level (he has 3 caps to Young's 2, and started both games that young played) nor is he playing out of position (he has always played at 7 and considers himself primarily a 7, though Blues coaches since Mark Hammet have usually played him at 8).

OK but Young has been playing 7 week in week out for at least the last year or so at Wasps, during which time I don't think Navidi has started at 7 very often at the Blues.

He also plays at a higher level of rugby week in week out in the Aviva.

With poopoo and booboo for Oz I'd have an SOS for Gethin, the way he played last weekend he is well worth a starting spot at loosehead. Whoever we have at 678 we don't have the 'jackability' that Gethin offers.
