I did swell but foolish forgot to factor in that World Rugby are corrupt *bar stewards*. They want to expand rugby yet they today pretty much said that small countries are no longer allowed to host world cup's...I honestly don't even care anymore as even if we end up winning now World Rugby have shown their true colours which is enough for me.

It's still a clique but I do have some faith in Pichot who I think is progressive.
Difficult to swim in a cess pit though.

This is currently the World Rugby recommendation and it still has to go to the Vote... time for some lobbying and a 'fix', been done before ;)

Ireland should have it. No question. If the Kiwis had it then Ireland should. The arseholes have followed the money though. Nobbers

SA has money?!?!
Anyway, it's the SH's turn after the two prior to 2023 would have been NH...

I've heard it argued here before that Japan should be considered a SH country. Go figure.

Having 3 RWCS in a row in the NH would've been ridiculous.

What's so important about Northern and Southern Hemispheres anyway.
Only a single world cup final has ever been played in the Western hemisphere.
Shocking no?
And even that world cup had a lot of its games played in the Eastern Hemisphere.
What about the Western Hemisphere?
What about Scotland, Ireland, the Americas and arguably even Wales?

How could the World cup be split across two countries with border and passport control?

Blame Brexit for this one.
