I think it would be nice for the Scots to be independent, financially and politically.

I get the joke.
But what does financially independent mean. No national debt. no public borrowing from sources outside the country, no private debt owed to creditors outside the country. UK fails on those three. Able to service it's debts - a lot of countries UK included are basically run on the never never. There are a whole load of newly independent countries in Europe I don't see what it is about Scotland or Cymru for that matter that make them, in principle, unsuited to being independent.

You can only desire them to be independent or desire them not to be.

would europe be able to stop scotland having a vote to leave it,or is that a reserved matter,a matter for people who dont live in scotland, if thats what the welsh want fair play tae yees,i want more

and if we were independent we could have one a week if we wanted ,its called democracy,dont like it vote for another party,but scots voted snp
