That's a fantastic offer for halfpenny to stay in France, cos the collapse in the pond versus the euro means he's quids in!
He'd be mad to turn it down. Good luck to him. :occasion5:

the wru should have offred liam williams the money not sixpence as williams is far more attacking player as for the blues we need to strengthen out front 5 not another back

Exactly. Cardiff needs two second rows. If they had more power there, the Glasgow match would have been a lot closer.

French press rumouring £400k and think he may well sign for Cardiff

May actually be the smarter career move long term, though the rumoured £700K or so to live on the French Riviera for a couple more years must be tempting...

He could live in the Cardiff Riverarea. Sit on his balcony and look at Cans (floating past)

In fairness Cardiff is a bit better than that.

Both Cardiff and parts of Swansea are quite attractive by Uk standards

Easy to say that living on the other side of the pond, both have superficial areas that look good, but dig a little deeper.

I was thinking of six figure income pro athletes that play rugby.

If you have that kind of money, would you live in Pontyberem? I saw a couple of the Osprey players in Langland so that is what I was thinking of.

£400k NDC would be a safe offer and I think he'd take that to look after himself.

I know people have said Cardiff need locks but they also don't need Morgan at 15. Nobody needs Morgan at 15.
