It's live on free-to-air here.

ITV are doing a good job - for the English and Irish games - and we're getting instant highlights for Welsh matches when the more important games end ....

See Channel 24 Freeview.

You don't have to be interested but some of the ladies running is damn good.

That's saying more about you than the lasses. They are skillful and can run very well.

Watched a bit of the Aussie Ireland game last night, must say I was a little bit disappointed, seemed to be more brute force than speed and guile Will have to watch more but first impression was a bit like watching regional rugby, West Walians excepted of course

The standard has been poor overall.

Wales women have been terrible.

It reflects the attitude of the nation to be honest, a lot of Welsh people would actively support a Welsh man in tiddly winks, we get posts on here about Welsh athletes, cyclists, golfers, but Welsh women playing rugby, nah couldn't give two *fups* mate.

I watched the England vs USA game last night which was quite enjoyable. The US had 2 or 3 great athletes, England had a very well coached team, and won 47-26, aided by some interesting refereeing of the rolling maul.

I thought that standard was quite good, and the crowd was very enthusiastic.

I watched the Women's cricket final also, that was gripping.

It's like the rugby league world Cup, three competitive teams, and the rest awful.
Women's rugby might be the fore runner that really gets the States into the sport

Some of the local ladies sides here in England could have competed more successfully than Wales and a few others have. And would have done so with focusing on pure rugby rather than physical force.

I enjoy watching women's rugby at local level, it's good, far better standard than local men's rugby.
