Post Training routines needed
Hi all
Need to start training for a few charity matches this year, I'm currently night shift and have access to a basic gym. It has a Rower (concept) Treadmill, Leg press, Bike, Dumb bells, cable motion gym, Gym area size of a badminton court.
Position - probably back (of changing room) in the past positions I've played 15-14-12
Age - wrong end of 46
Height - 5'10
Weight - 200lbs
Last played - regular 20 years, last game 2 years ago (charity match)
Plenty of will and determination

One routine I just started is shuttle runs - Start on floor, up run to mark at 8mts run backwards to beggining, down on floor then up to mark at 16mts run back and down on floor =1 rep 30 sec rest and begin again

Routine 2 - 20sec burpees, 20sec squats, 20sec push ups rest 1 minute 20secs high knees, 20sec burpees, 20secs mountain climbers, 1 min rest. Then begin again do this for around 30 mins

Any more routines would be greatly appreciated
