Same rumour last year, Munster seems to be a feeder club for Pau since Mannix moved there, so Zebo has mates at the club. Zebo might be tempted, two young kids and fluent in French. His partner is from Madrid too and with Pau so close to the Spanish border that could be another lever for him to move apart from a large pile of cash of course. But if he does move he won't play for Ireland again. Sexton was an exception.

His father is french.
IRFU have repeated their stance ... exit, no further International rugby.

Does make 'exceptions' amusing though.

Just a pragmatic approach, we only had 2 international FHs at the time without Sexton and one of them (Madigan) still struggled to boss a game hence why he is at Bristol these days.

Simon Easterby, Tommy Bowe and Robin Copeland were all selected for Ireland even while playing for Welsh regions.

Replacement signed yesterday for Zebo, Mike Haley of Sale. Played for Saxons but apparently the game doesn't count. His granny was from Tralee so Irish qualified. Any good?

Strange but true, that song was the Irish Anthem at the 1987 WC.
