I dunno, depends on the severity of the fracture, its a big flat bone aint it?

I'm waiting for an accurate prognosis from those who know all about world security and how best to tackle a persistent chem/bio attack in London using a bucket of water and a stirrup hand-pump! :D

It would be good news if he misses the game at the ms as he is Englands main man at the line out and a difficult player for them to replace.

I'm surprised noone has mentioned anything about a developing theme of playing the Springboks and injuring shoulders!!!

Bad luck to Croft though, probably my favourite English player... Hope it heals well and quick.

This is not surprising,we saw the same thing on the Lions tour when lightweight Tom was thrown around like a ragdoll. He simply lacks power and size.

Same injury has happened to many a bigger and more powerful player.

Who threw him around like a rag doll?

Carragher (Liverpool) out for 3 months with his dislocation. Hopefully he'll be back soon, maybe 5th Feb 2011

Post Re: Croft - Fractured Shoulder
depends on the severity of the fracture and associated damage.

If it's fractured because of movement in the shoulder ie partial dislocation then it could be a long time (shane Williams 10 weeks cos it went out came back in but disrupted the tendons ligaments and muscles with no fracture I believe)

if it's just a crack to the bone, I'd be surprised to see him playing in 4 weeks, but about 6 would be right
