Post Central Contracts = good player welfare management
Rory Best and Stephen Ferris played for Ulster against Magners League champions Ospreys last week, this week the Irish internationals are rested and wont play against newly created Italian team Aironi.

Leinsters Brian O'Driscoll, Jonathan Sexton will both play this week against a fancied Cardiff Blues side, yet both were rested against Glasgow last week.

An advantage of central contracts should be player welfare, Irelands top international should play less games but the ones they do play should tend to be highly competitve matches against quality opposition.
