That pass is fractionally forward, ref thinks it was passed backwards but moved forward. Given that the passing player was stationary that is only possible if the wind moved it in the air, which seems unlikely. Munster deserved the try anyway.

Ridiculous that pass was at least two yards forward.

And Davies should have been off and there was nothing wrong with Cronin's try, so not sure what you're really bemoaning here, you've been we'll beaten.

Commentators making a good point ...Patchell needs to earn his corn now and wrestle some control out of the game ..

Typical lazy commentator remark, ignores the key issue of lack of quality possession. Same as the people who blamed Patchell for Wales' loss to England.

Irrespective...don't play width any more, seek distance.

I think that they are right and I'm surprised you havent commented on the ref ...
2 awful decisions. Awful....

I have above ..shame you can't read, and always feel the need resort to childish jibes?

Old age can be sad for some... ;)

Ageism is not funny or needed.

Careful

It is almost impossible to get the ball of Munster, unless they kick it to you. Same with Ireland, very frustrating to play against when you never get any turnovers.

Munster by far the better team, worrying for the Scarlets as that was near a first team pack. Next year the NWQ's will help hopefully.

Damned Varndell again dying with the ball.
I blame Varndell for that loss. He is bloody useless.
Doesn't know how to pass. Thinks he can just amble around the field.
What a poor signing, if only a temporary one.

Then resting 6 internationals in a very important match.
You can't make it up.

Pro 14 is not as important as the ECC game next week

In the first half and the beginning of the second, Scarlets played some good rugby. But as the game dragged on they clearly tired and were not able to maintain a good structure in attack, forcing them into a kicking battle that they lost. Tom Varndell looked very slow to get back into position to cover kicks, not impressed.

Good confidence boost for Munster considering the lengthy injury list. Downside is that TOD seems to be out for next week.

I didn't even think it was debatable.

Well after he ignored all the forward passing from the Scarlets, for me the scoring pass for their try looked forward too, Munster were due some good fortune and don't get me started on that laughable double movement call that cancelled a perfectly good score from Cronin.

That was complete crap by the Scarlets. I hope they were trying to dupe La Rochelle into thinking that they always play that laterally but most likely not. It was like they were believing their own publicity and completely forgot the fundamentals. Shite they were.

Need to play better against the French, no question.

No idea why I seem to have said that twice
