I know he should be given time but "assistant coach with second-tier Japanese club" hardly fills you with enthusiasm

The new coach has not got a very solid CV; would have thought they may have tried someone coaching a Welsh Premiership side. Would have been far cheaper and offer some encouragement to the guys struggling to get into the top flight.
