Post Scarlets sign Blade Thomson, loose forward, ex Hurricanes
Scarlets sign Blade Thomson, a back row forward, from Hurricanes
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/43198886

I think a very good signing would be Robert de Preez, he is being misused by South Africa. IMHO probably the best flyhalf in South Africa.
Hopefully, he has a Welsh grandmother as I do not think he is tied to South Africa. He has played for SA U20 but South Africa has a Junior Springbok team. In 2016 he played for the Barbarians, an absolutely flawless inspirational display at flyhalf.

Just what the Scarlets need.

That’s the way to do it
Make sure no WQ players get their chances

He's a replacement for John Barclay so isn't taking any opportunities from a WQ.
