Great win for Connacht. Kieran Keane coaching seems to have started to click with the squad.

Ulster are screwed if they can't get a replacement at 10 when Lealiifano leaves in Jan. Nelson is not a 10 and can't defend. Did Cooney ever play 10 at Connacht? The problem do is that SH is a weak position too for them.

Cooney played at 10 once when all the other 10s were injured, but he had Craig Ronaldson a 10/12 outside him. He did a decent job as a stop-gap, but converting him is probably not on the cards. McPhillips looked good when he came on, hard to judge when it was the end of the match after changes on both sides, it'd be good to see how he gets on with a run of games.

Ulster's problems upton are massive, you can see last night that they are clearly not a happy team. since the opening day of last season you could see Ulster were basically a team of headless chickens who quite regularly hadn't a clue what they were doing and once they stopped gaining momentum all they did was keep picking and driving until they either dropped it or conceded a turnover penalty but this season last night clearly showed that Kiss has lost the dressing room and it would be best for all involved if he left along with who ever was in place before last season and give Gibs and Peal a proper chance as right now they are operating with a hand behind their back with the other stooges in place. If Ulster don't qualify for the last 8 in Europe he is gone, its the only thing Ulster have left.

Having said that Connacht looked like they have turned a corner in the last 3 games.

All we need now is to beat Ospreys and Munster to beast Leinster.
Wishful thinking, no. It is within the realms of possibility. :D
