We have first dibs, if you believe or trust the WRU.

I would pass and buy a good SH 8 or 6.

You are having a giraffe.

First dibs on a man the Scarlets drove out of Wales?

:D

Gone now.

I need to watch something sensible on TV.

Good idea keep even more WQ players from gaining top level experience.

I’m not sure this is the best use of resources given the loss of two very good forwards in Barclay and beirne in the summer

Scarlets also rely a bit too much on Jake ball to provide muscle up front

As Welsh rugby got charity status ?..... you have four regions which is clearly to many as what talent there is is spred to thin. There is plenty of opportunities if you're good enough.

The purpose of the system is not to provide employment for Welsh players that are clearly not up to the task.

If you weren't pig ignorant, :D , you would know under the current agreement between the WRU and the Regions, that the region that a player played for before leaving Wales has the first right to sign a returning player.

In the same way, the Dragons would have the first right to sign Faletau.

It means that the WRU would need to be fair and open handed, so good luck with that. ;)

it should be to give Welsh player of getting up to the task , or stop all charitable donations from the wruin.

If I was pig ignorant ( :D) , I would remind you that there was a dispute between George and the Scarlets region.

He'd be unlikely to ever want to return to the region that shafted him in the past.

This is gleened from my local newspaper and not the Llanelli Star so its reputation for hiding bad news doesn't come into play.

:D :D :D :D :D :D

And one for luck - :D

It's still up tp the player. The Dragons had first dibs on Lydiate, and he said thanks but no thanks and went to the Os. If North doesn't fancy going back to Llanelli there's no ruling that says he can be dragged there against his will.

He has over 60 caps, been on 2 Lions tours...what experience does he need?

I don't think he will come to us, I think he needs a location where his girlfriend's business can be successful and Llanelli ain't the place.

I don't see Sanjay coming back to Llanelli for the same reason. He looks really happy in London.

Llanelli can't afford him, Pivac.

For Bouch:

"Under the Rugby Services Agreement between the four Welsh regions and WRU, the home region has first chance to sign North - who has won 69 Wales caps and three for the Lions."
