Dragons probably need at least 5 or 6 more signings.
Last Saturday the bench was their Achilles heel.
Going for youth is a good policy, but maybe a good one or two ex-Bok journeymen will help as well, especially 1, 3, 4, & 5. :D

Can't be that good or the Blues would be using him instead of signing Olly Robinson on loan to cover their own back-row injury crisis.

I'm guessing he is more of a 6 if he can cover lock. Blues do have some depth in that position with turnbull and cook. That said if he was any good I would be surprised

Shouldnt need a bench straight after halftime..... the Dragons were inept for the whole of the second period.

It would help after 50 minutes though. They only broke later on, but psychologically, knowing you've only got a few more minutes you can push yourself. But if you're out on your feet after 50 pushing another 30 is a BIG ask.
Brock and Brown were only replaced after 75 minutes. They were obviously stuffed by that stage.
Brock probably now qualifies to play for Wales? :D

It is a sobering thought that the Blues only went into the lead after 67 minutes. This after a number of substitutions after 55 minutes.
No question in my mind that it was the subs that swung the game the way of the Blues. The Dragons had no answer at that stage.

I think the Dragons scouts should be interested spectators for this event on Saturday 14th October.

I would be at all surprised if there are a couple of Wales qualified players in the Bristol squad for the match.

They will be the biggest section of the crowd if they do go.
