Well, let's mention Rhys Patchell and Dan Biggar, an interesting clash of two very good tens.
Rhys is improving with every game and could well be the 2IC come to Autumn Internationals.
There will be interesting clashes all over the park.
In a way, I'm a little disappointed in Parkes being preferred before Scott. I think Scott is a better link man than Parkes. I find Parkes to be more of an individualist than Scott and Scarlets are moulded on being a 15 man team.

Scott took a knock to the ankle last week so maybe a sensible selection to bench him ahead of Europe next week.

As for Bigger versus Patchell - I think Patch is the form 10 at the moment and he's flourishing in the Scarlets style of play. I used to fear the kicking game against the Os as the Scarlets would always come off second best, but now it's suicide for teams to kick to us as we don't kick it back, we simply run from everywhere. I think Bigger will have to run the ball far more today which isn't his style - mind you the weather looks shit so it might be a dour game of who makes the least errors - so kicking may well be the way forward.

Weather doesn't indicate rain, cloudy yes, so should be reasonably dry and not too cold.

Well that's a bit better - it's been bucketing it down all morning.

I'm very surprised at the lack of Scarlet gloating. Thought you fellows would be rubbing it in everyone's faces.
Mind you, there's only about three Ospreys fans left, and none of them care, so there's no one to really stick it to.
