I don't know anyone who actually pays to go and watch the Chiefs, but those that do usually go 3 or 4 times a season (myself included)

That said I don't think we've had any free tickets yet this season, mind you I don't think they've had any home games on the box have they (which is when they normally send out all the free tickets)



In contrast to the Regions, which have almost all games, home and away televised, thus discouraging less commited 'fans' from attending.
To an extent, this applies to most if not all English clubs, perhaps skewing the attendance rates when making comparisons.
