Post Re: Connacht v Cardiff Blues (Sat 23.09.2017)
Wilson obviously prefers Assirati (and giving yet more games to Filise) to Dillon Lewis at TH. I wonder why when the national side obviously like Lewis? Nothing against Assirati but Lewis has always looked the better player to me, and the two Wales caps he won over the summer say that too. He was injured for a lot of last year, fine, but I don't understand why he's not being given more Pro14 game time now when he's clearly over his injury.

Also, anyone know what happened to Siôn Bennett? He looked alright last season but hasn't played yet this season, and now the Blues have signed a back-row on loan.

Assiratti has actually played pretty well in the games he had this year. He has outperformed Lewis

Connacht Munster & Leinster appeared to have a bet to see who can play worse in this round, all honourable attempts but Connacht will need to up their game if they want to beat Munster & Leinster in this battle.

I see the Telegraph have Tomos Williams as a pick for the 2021 Lions team.

Blues defence much improved - although they've just conceded - so good job Shaun !!

It's crap but they have this if there's no brain farts.

Good decision to go for the corner there, 15-10, great kick into the wind
