Post Connacht v Scarlets
A must-win for the Scarlets, who have selected quite a strong team, including the return of Rhys Patchell.

Yikes! Second match in a row that we are going into a game without a backup flyhalf?
Not a good thing to do.
Dan Jones is probably injured but surely we must be able to find another.

Personally I would have preferred to see Liam at fullback and van der Merwe on the wing with Johnny on the bench. Still not convinced about Johnny, his options have not been good. I've yet to see him perform to the standard of his reputation.

That is a good scarlets side and when they can get that team out they are very competitive. Fancy them to win if play a structured game

We gather again at 7:15 pm. Time to relax after that brilliant Ospreys defense.
I hope we can match that tonight.

Not really, it's warm enough and both teams like to run rather than kick....Scarlets have no back up 10, which, with Patchell returning from injury, could be risky.

Scarlets won 14 games last year, have won 15 to date this year, it would be nice to win 17, but 16 will be enough..

Actually 2 LBP's will do it, but I expect a win tonight :occasion5:

I can't believe we have no other credible backup for flyhalf.

I would have given Gavin and Bristol an offer they couldn't refuse. Bristol are going down anyway.
