BBC Sport Headline
Steve Tandy: Ospreys part company with head coach

Anyone any idea who will replace him?
Ospreys squad not looking too clever for next year and they have underachieved this year!

Personally I would like to see Sean Holley get the job, because as said before I feel a team makes a coach and not a coach makes a team.
I have it on good authority that the preference is for Filio Tiatia. I do not think it is a happy camp at the moment, and that needs to be sorted.

Surely it would have been better to have found a new coach before getting rid of the present one good or bad.

No don't agree - a caretaker can hardly make things worse.

Well Les Kiss has become available, they could do worse than that. he knows the Pro 14, turned Ulsters fortunes around brings the right brand of rugby. Also unlike the Ospreys, Ulster acted swiftly and clinically getting rid of Kiss when things have started to go South, unlike the O's who have presided over a slow and painful downturn with Tandy at the helm!

Just Googled 'Les Kiss', makes for interesting viewing.
