Doubt it, it is becoming common policy within IT departments to block ebay, I know that G.E. are about to implement a policy which will only allow acces to ebay between the hours of 1230 - 1330 the rest of the time it is out of bounds.

I buy regularly from Ebay ... and have had lots of probs with IE access, lost a bid last night due to unavailable access ...

I have contacted Neuf and Ebay with little success .. it usually happens at weekends .. I suspect its server downtime/maintenance periods ... Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I know that a lot of ISP's block certain sites and ports etc at peak times.
