Post List of clubs whose biggest victories were over Welsh sides
Specifically in the European Champions and Challenge Cups, not necessarily overall. Many of the biggest margins of victory by English, French and even Scottish and Italian clubs in European competition have been over various Welsh teams. This was one of the many factors that led to the creation of regional rugby (or super-club rugby, depending on one's POV) - far too many lop-sided defeats in Europe. For all the disappointments and difficulties of regional rugby, such huge defeats are actually much rarer than in the Welsh Premiership era - only three examples below involve regional rather than club sides, and I specifically highlight them.

European Champions Cup

Biarritz vs Cardiff 75-25 (2003)
Bordeaux-Begles vs Llanelli 48-10 (1998)
Bristol vs Swansea 41-23 (2002)
Edinburgh vs Ebbw Vale 43-16 (1998)
Grenoble vs Neath 21-10 (1999)
London Irish vs Newport 42-5 (2002)
Petrarca Padova vs Neath 28-17 (1998)
Racing 92 vs Scarlets 64-14 (2016)
Rugby Calvisano vs Neath 38-29 (2002)
Toulouse vs Ebbw Vale 108-16 (1998) N.B. This is the biggest margin of victory ever in the Champions Cup.
Yorkshire Carnegie vs Cardiff Blues 48-3 (2006)

European Challenge Cup

Agen vs Caerphilly 82-5 (2001)
Auch vs Caerphilly 33-15 (2000)
Aurillac vs Dunvant 53-22 (1999)
ASM Clermont Auvergne vs Aberavon 97-13 (1998)
Bedford Blues vs Newport 28-18 (1999)
Benetton Treviso vs Cross Keys 31-3 (2000)
Bordeaux-Begles vs Ebbw Vale 93-7 (1996)
Castres Olympique vs Aberavon 87-10 (1998)
Enisei-STM vs Newport Gwent Dragons 38-18 (2016)
Femi Rugby Rovigo vs Caerphilly 34-14 (1998)
Petrarca Padova vs Dunvant 49-11 (1996)
Racing Club de France vs Newport 37-21 (1998)
Richmond vs Bridgend 44-12 (1997)
Rugby Roma vs Aberavon 30-12 (1998)
