 Arg to change selection policy?Arg press (La Nacion) are reporting that the L'UAR might change the selection policy which is currently only those from the Jaguares to include some exiles.
The new President, Marcelo Rodriguez, has hinted that they must have the best players to confront the upcoming tours by Wales and Scotland. This would obviously be a change of policy that could affect maintaining player in Super Rugby and would, in the short term, impact N Hemp teams where many Argies play especially release of players during the upcoming W Cup. Re: Arg to change selection policy? UAR have already said they shall have all their overseas-based players back for the World Cup, though to what extent they shall extend this for other matches is another matter.

Shame they go to sleep the rest of the time though. They are more-or-less as bad in the Rugby Championship as Italy are in the Six Nations. |
