Hong Kong sevens going
Blitzbokke sent their development team for this one as they have to defend their Commpnwealth gold of 4 years back with their A team except for Kwagga and Senata playing S15. Think Kok and du Preez injured still. Other teams also fielding B sides? Fiji also sent a B team

Congrats meat eaters! :occasion5:

Quick question, are there quotas in 7’s?

Quotas are applied to all sporting codes

There many info on the subject. I include a link of the quota targets set a year or so back, so there are new, in rugby and 7s rugby its 50/50. In 7s there are only 7 players and although quotas apply the team are on merit. Maybe there are even better black guys because they good but the law says 50/50 so yes we could be even better!

below the link coming from the guys fighting it though and year old
