Post Currie Cup final
Coming weekend Sharks at home vs WP (Western Province)
past winners 2016: Cheetahs 2015: Lions 2014: WP 2013: Lions

Currie Cup players that could make Springboks for e-o-y NH tour:
Warrick Gellant (bulls nr15)
Sbu Nkosi (sharks wing)
Lukhanayo Am (sharks centre)
Curwin Bosch (sharks nr10)
Thomas du Toit (sharks lh)
Kwagga Smith (lions fetcher played S18)
RjvR (lions centre played S18)

from Pro14 I think they can pick Speckman Cheetahs wing and Ox Nche the lh but too many lhs (Kitshoff and Beast etc.) may juat keep him at home

One thing's for sure ...
It will be won by Robert du Preez! ... again (he did for Northern Transvaal 70/80s)
Either as coach for the Sharks (Robert du Preez) the home team or as flyhalf for the visitors ... Robert du Preez at nr.10 for WP ;)

he's the Sharks coach's son , the other two twin sons Jean-Luc du Preez and Dan du Preez play as loosies for the Sharks

Minutes Silence will be held before kick off for victims of farm murders. It escalated ugly in the week with another young farmer, one of a few this week that was violently killed on his farm Klapmuts near Stellenbosch. His little daughter said last time she saw her dad alive was in his own blood. These violent crimes do not even spare toddlers.
Yeah for sure our forefathers and the WW2 lot with their dreaded policy made our bed .. but does it give pemission for rape and violent blood spilling of the very people that invest their money energies into commercial production farming for a growing population.
Good thing this minutes silence before the cc final methinks and hats off to saru raising the awareness

Sharks coach Robert du Preez in hot water after excluding Chiliboy Ralepelle (the bench for Marx in the Springbok RC tests) for Akker van der Merwe (warthog who played for Robbie Deans Baabaas against the ABs) in the Currie Cup final
Could cost him his job
