Post Currie Cup's thrilling finish
6 of the 7 teams still in with a chance for semis finals in next weeks final round

Great try setup from RjvR and then he smashed through two WP defenders to score a bonus point try for the Golden Lions in the 77th minute and secured his side a 29-20 victory to bring the Lions home

Lions will get Marx back for the finals
Will the Sharks play Rallepele at 2 or keep him bench warming as at QSpringboks
If they had Bismark closer to home

Bismark @ Montpelier as 'mechant' as always and remains ace at breakdown. Bro injured.

Bismark certainly does qualify for Springboks selection as he had played more than 30 tests. The Rule for overseas based is more than 30 tests. Wouldn't it be great for our team if they could have bracketed him with Marx. Again politics..
...reason they always give of not selecting Bismark is that they cannot play another hooker of the same colour (they already have a white one) while they can bring a superb in-form X-factor Rosko Speckman in (you must have seen this guy in Pro14 and sevens) and balance the colour composition in a rather innovate way.
They need to think out-the-box to solve these World Class selection problems. Is Rassie Erasmus coming in Dec such a 'out-the-box' thinker. He comes in director coaching sa rugby to assist guide Coetzee. Not sure though, do not know ... he was Cheetahs / Munster.

Marx at Lions interesting.. he scrums with a guy that was in school with him and played through all the age levels with him. Dylan Smith or Mighty Mouse as lion supporters call him. Great combo! Looking fwd to finals. Last hurdle this weekend ... Cheetahs(cc) at Ellispark

Pro14 on a 2 week holiday break
Cheetahs announced they will bring their Pro14 team to Ellispark. Their back 3 in Rosko Speckman, Seargull and Mapimpi a threat
Lions I know we have a midfield maestro in RjvR bracketed with Harold Vorster best defender in sa. Shred the Aussie 2015 WC backline Folau AAC Foley to pieces Lions vs Tahs 2015 Ellispark before the start of the WC. Lions were then still excluded from Springbok selection. Lions frontrow Dylan Smith, Robbie Coetzee and Jaques van Rooyen with experienced locks and Kwagga Smith quick fetcher openside loosie will match a pack that impressed this Pro14

Oh, and replacing a POC wing with another POC wing is balancing the colour composition in a rather innovative way.........
You've heard it here, folks.

Marx (Moose) pitched up at the Lions game on Sunday Day after playing in the test in Cape Town to see his mates and buddy Dylan playing.
Shows just what a person he is except for playing a great test match

I am not replacing a Quota with a quota. In my eyes Rosko Speckman is deserving it on merit.

They don't always have to pick the players that are tagged as qoutas. Players that just make up the numbers and pocket the money such as Nyakane. I mean they can look for merit and think out-of-their-quota-box mindset. Mindset- they afraid they lose their jobs if the 50/50 is not met
Ox Nche is a player that can add value and learn a helluva lot from Beast
