Not a good game for people who like to watch a contest?

I'll put up a video soon.

The shame.

Damn feel for you guys, you Vern Bok and rest even BP

Quota
Migration
Rugby migration
Poaching

The thing I really notice is there are all these SA commentators who I don't know, I wanna see the old greats or resent greats anyway, but sums up what's going on..

Yep understand the changes, I hated apartheid SA, but gees this is hard.

We have had a history of 75% of rugby history being 1 and 2 in rankings, we've had the wood on you lately (quota or no quota ) imo. But gees this is hard

South African rugby is suffering primarily due to economic decline and a racial quota policy. Simple as.

They seem to have more $$ clout in the SANZAR super rugby negot, but get that through viewers and to I spose.
The whole thing sad as it is really messing up rugby, in and out of SA. Effects us because we are losing our old foe, lots of implicatiaons, think we maybe getting some payback, not racially, but the way we supported the sport through 60's 70's no mater what the other implications were. Karma

Gees yea some good speed and try's

Watching this probably 2 players I have dissed for not stepping up did:
Scott Barrett and Ofa Tuugafasi, oresome, hope they keep it up
Ofa's try, he's a big boy, hard to stop
And one huge hit up by Barrett near the end looked great, not the try just a pure 100% hit up

ALB may have won a starting opportunity (Loosie), and Reiko was by a dynamic, explosive
Haven't seen the whole game, just highlights, thanks Bouch but looked good

maybe we brought the best out of the ABs ;) a complete performance and well done!
It would be easy to give the racial quota% law the excuse but the fact is we have better quota players or players that qualify as quota than the quota players we are playing ...nyakane paige rhule
Players that qualify as quota that would make the team on merit are not picked...rosko speckman seabelo senatla ox nche

its bad selection even with the 50/50
at the end of the day the players on the field must perform. We folded in the scrums when nyakane came on. Crockett bent him
Defense out wide noneexistent
ABs golden rule in picking athletes with ball skills will keep them at the top. England won't beat the abs.
Rieko Ioane Barret Aaron Smith ALB NMS are all great ballers
ballers

Are you sure about that? Their quota policy is not new.

Don't get to AB games often but was the last time SA won in NZ in Dunedin, house of pain, 2009, or 10 ish. The thing then that struck me as they ran out was how many blond boys there were, it seemed the whole lot crept Beast, Habana and the other centre wing, name slips me. The quota, has it changed on the years, more less. The rugby migration or U.K. France packages must be huge incentives because so many go.. one thing for sure, they aren't a scratch on a RWC SA team or a pre 2011 team, but changes may be in trenches now...

There are better black guys than Rhule, so can't blame quotas there. Unless we have a 'Ghana' quota too.
Skosan has been deeply disappointing. He deserved his go, and now deserves to go.
Mapimpi, Speckman and even 21 year old Nkosi (KZN) needs to get a go now. Rhule should never have gotten a go with his Cheetahs performances...

Gelant ahead of Andries Coetzee. Coetzee had a slightly better game this weekend, but was still a bit 'nothing'. Gelant might bring some attacking benefits, we need to try.

Other than that.... Paige has been better than Hougaardt every game he's come on. So why doesn't he have a go? Kolisi has been our best loosie this season. Beast is been on form this season... So where are the problem quotas?

Imo there is only one clear quota issue and that's Alistair Coetzee.

Shit, that one might just validate your argument :D :thefinger:
