Post Lions over Reds
44 - 14
Lions had the upper in the scrums. Buddy's son over Slipper who slipped eventually and was replaced. Bulldog and Mighty Mouse and Robbie came on second half and Lions continue dominating scrums. Heavy locks in Sous and Ferreira were pulling weight behind them Lions frontrow. Kwagga came on for Whiteley. RjvR the diffs at the backlines scoring once and making a few. Cooper could only cling onto his neck as he scored resulting in a Coope red.
Reds were the first overseas team Lions played 3 years back as an amateur team after their intnl rugby ban. Back then Lions managed a win by a whisker. How far we came

From sa I believe Lions can make the play-offs as they're more experienced now. At this stage Stormers look tricky aswell. Cheetahs should do well in nz but not loaded in the reserve tank. They play a fast running game though. Bulls just don't believe on speed pn the flank on midfield and could be their nemises. Kings did well against Sharks but pressure is on they could be axed next year as they did not even make the Currie Cup 9 teams competition. Good coach in Davids though

Lions 34 Sharks 29
By Friday moring 33000 tickets were sold .
Bosch the Sharks nr10 is a special player, he kept Sharks in the hunt with some very good drop kicks and a 70m penalty. Good line kicking aswell and some adventurous runs.
The Lions scrum and running game was very good. RjvR the midfield maestro with hard tackling running Harold Vorster on his outside. Jaco Kriel open side flanker great try. Buddie's son scrummed 79mins. Only the last minute was he replaced to give everyone on the bench a run.
