Post Winter Olympics
Woke up early to take her to work, what to do, what to do?????????

WINTER OLYMPICS

First up, Slopestyle snowboarding, impressive skills and crashes on display, its has it all :D

First half of the course is an assault course, on a snowboard, then the hill gets steep and they do 3 huge jumps, visually very easy to watch.

And, the Russian athletes were totally stuffed by our girls in the Curling.

4 points on the 7th end - WOW.

Post Re: Winter Olympics
A part of me enjoys the Winter Olympics more than the summer games. It just seems a bit more friendlier and it is nice to watch without zero expectations of who I want to win - plus all the sports (barring Curling) just look either impossible to do or blooming scary.... that one where they do a jump backwards just seems to defy any natural survival instincts.

The time difference made it all but invisible to the casual viewer here, and when it was on it was focussed on either hockey or curling, neither of which I have an iota of interest in.
