Post NEW ZEALAND V ENGLAND
The England team go to New Zealand in February, and will be up against a home side that on paper look much better than the Aussies. Guptill, Munro, Latham, Williamson and Taylor are batsmen of very high quality; and they have an in depth bowling group who could cause havoc.

At home the black caps are a pretty formidable force. Biggest factor at the moment is the weather. They’ve just beaten the Pakistanis twice in shortened games. They’re looking pretty strong.

Poms will probably be their usual yo-yo selves and clean us up after getting battered in the ashes.

Do you mean Jesse Ryder Bouch; I think he is now a world tourer with T20. 20 0overs and 20 pints.
Bloody entertaining batsman though !!!

The NZ wickets will be similar to those in England, so 0 for 165 will not do much for the futures of Broad and Anderson.

Anderson is a wicket taker, witness his performances all over, Broad is a man who can suddenly click and get 2, 3, 4 wickets in a hurry.

I'd be surprised and disappointed if they didn't perform well.

Any one seen the result of the N Z v Pakistan O.D.I. ??? N Z 257 A O in 50 overs. Guptill, Willaimson, Taylor and Latham all in the runs. Pakistan 74 all out. Boult 5 - 17.

Look out England the worst may well be yet to come.

Both the WI’s and Pakistan have been a massive dissapointment, what’s happened to them!?

New Zealand's victory against Pakistan in the 4th O D I today was a fantastic performance. Williamson, Taylor and Latham all failed, yet Henry Nicholls and Colin Grandhomme batting at 6 and 7 scorched their way to a five wicket victory with five overs to spare.

My bet they will win the next world cup, and every game against England on the February tour.

NZ at home is hard to beat, our weather and wickets seem to bother many decent teams. I hope England give them a run for their money, the WIs and Pakistan definitely haven’t. As for the WC, don’t think many kiwis will bet on them, we know what our teams are capable of, epic collapses are our bread and butter away from home. :(

The win was overshadowed by a concussion suffered when a fielder hurled the ball in and smacked Shoaib in the head.

Shoaib was not wearing a helmet and had a late reaction in the dressing room.

I hope he’s ok. Getting tonked on the melon with a cricket ball is no joke.
