Here's a good couple of videos - http://f1.channel4.com/video/did-mercedes-let-lewis-down/

The one on Easter Eggs is an insight into his character.

Its the Azerbaijan GP this weekend.

Verstappen has said he'll be more in control this race, which is admitting he's likely to be more sensible, if not nice.

And, Tim Goss has been removed from his position as Chief Technical Officer at McLaren, which is not nice.

Verstappen crashed ...

Anyway, it was only practice and he was very quick.

Mercedes appear to have a problem with the opposition if 2nd Practice is any guide :-

1 Daniel Ricciardo - Red Bull 1:42.795
2 Kimi Raikkonen - Ferrari 1:42.864
3 Max Verstappen - Red Bull 1:42.911
4 Valtteri Bottas - Mercedes 1:43.570
5 Lewis Hamilton - Mercedes 1:43.603
6 Fernando Alonso - McLaren 1:43.700

Vettell had a funny old day .... and the slippery track was doing him no favours at all. Mercedes also need a very big improvement today and their engineering magicians will be called upon to get the tyres sorted out - again.

The Red Bull chassis is way better again and Dan the Man looks a very good bet for another podium finish.

Qualifying grid
1 Sebastian Vettel Ferrari 1:41.498
2 Lewis Hamilton Mercedes 1:41.677
3 Valtteri Bottas Mercedes 1:41.837
4 Daniel Ricciardo Red Bull Racing 1:41.911
5 Max Verstappen Red Bull Racing 1:41.994
6 Kimi Räikkönen Ferrari 1:42.490

Lots of incidents as expected at this track

Vettel showed ferrari strength
Raikkonnen could've been up there but made mistakes when he was looking fastest
Merc did as well as poss and better than expected
Verstappen in and out again
Could've been a very nasty accident between Toro Rosso's .. Hartley nearly did for Gasly ...

Anybody's tomorrow as safety car is usual there and the wall usually takes cars out....start again vital and it's usual for Vettel to be the master there ...

That one left me with all the hair on my back and neck standing up like matchsticks, TP.

That was very nearly a complete disaster .............

Incredible race .... safety cars played their part, tyres - as always, Red Bulls took each other out ...Grosjean crashed in wall during safety car procession! safety car restart with few laps to go Bottas in the lead, Vettel 2nd, Hamilton 3d ..Bottas punctures, Vettel makes error, Hamilton wins it, Raikonnen 2nd, Perez 3rd ... Vettel 4th .. multiple cars score unlikey points

Not many like that one !! :D

It was extraordinary.

Umpteen incidents and the Red Bull fiasco was shattering - totally crazy.

Incredible result - Hamilton was never in contention and then ....

Lewis Hamilton was gifted victory in a madcap finish to a chaotic, incident-strewn Azerbaijan Grand Prix during which both of the Red Bulls sensationally smashed into each other and were almost destroyed.

Hamilton's team-mate Valtteri Bottas was on course to win after Mercedes were left 1 and 2 and long-time leader Sebastian Vettel's stupidity saw him attempt an impossible overtaking manoeuvre and slide past both Mercedes cars in a forlorn attempt to retake top spot on a corner.

Unbelievably, Bottas then suffered a puncture on the next lap after running over debris.

His two rivals out of the way, Hamilton was given victory and the championship lead on a plate after looking set to finish third.

Vettel seized an opportunity early and it nearly came off, braking let him down.
It was probably his only opportunity to win the rave not knowing that Bottas would puncture. A win would have been significant in points diff in the Championship??

Still pissing myself laughing over this Grand Prix. Josh Verstappen, have a word with yourself. Every Grand Prix should be held at Baku.

Spanish GP - 2nd Practice.

Both Ferraris struggling - Vettel spins off and the other one spun because it broke on the face of it. Raikkonen not happy.

So far, it looks like Ferrari have a problem ….

Clean qualifying :

Merc/Ferra/Red Bull

Hamilton/Bpttas/Vettel/Raikonnen/Verstappen/Ricciardo

no other surprises as apposed to perhaps Renault/Hulkenburg (Sp?) failure ...
