I'm sure at least one person in Ebbw Vale will moan about this, but sounds like Dragons are making an attempt to go 'regional'.

Well Munster happily alternate between Cork and Limerick, and before the Liberty was opened the Ospreys happily alternated between St Helen's and The Gnoll, so why not? Time for the people of the Valleys to enjoy some pro rugby again.

They played a preseason game up there and this has obviously been planned, so I would assume that it's at least in a half decent state.
