Post Watching BBC2 Wales in Ireland
Can anyone tell me how easy / practical it is to watch BBC 2 Wales in Ireland? I have had a job offer which would see me relocate to Dublin. I know they have Sky in Ireland, but do not know if Sky in Ireland provides access to the local BBC channels.

Also does it cost money to access the BBC channels in Ireland (given we pay a licence fee in the UK).

I do not want to miss my weekly dose of Welsh regional rugby, no matter how dire it can get sometimes!

Thanks

If you have a dish try channel 951 onwards you should find all the regional BBC1 and BBC2 channels But you may need your sky card to be based in the UK

Aye, that could work, there's also a very good 'Fix' allowing you to get UK Sky channels on You Tube? I'll have a butchers see if I can find it.

When I was in Ireland in 1992, BBC Wales channels were all available on terrestrial tv back then, you'll definitely pick them up on Sky though

BBC1 Wales is channel 952
BBC2 Wales is channel 971
