If you cant breath you cant scrummage, tackle, run, hit tucks and tackle. He left himself get into a state of fitness that was a joke. The guy was a class act at his best, he let himself down towards the end of his time at the Ospreys. Shadow of what he should have still been and had been.

I think you are right that his fitness went down. But I feel the change of rules were the bigger factor.

I will remember Adam as a great player.

Yesterday was surely the end of Gatland's Law?

With Liam Williams heading out over the dyke and North's massive impression the facts are plainly clear.

Missing the odd game is neither here nor there, it is 'presence and effect' that is of most importance.

Maybe so, but who else in the squad is subject to the rule? Charteris? Faletau? Halfpenny?
