If you cant breath you cant scrummage, tackle, run, hit tucks and tackle. He left himself get into a state of fitness that was a joke. The guy was a class act at his best, he let himself down towards the end of his time at the Ospreys. Shadow of what he should have still been and had been.

I think you are right that his fitness went down. But I feel the change of rules were the bigger factor. I will remember Adam as a great player.

Owen Williams had a fine game for Leicester in their hammering of Bristol by all accounts.

Yesterday was surely the end of Gatland's Law? With Liam Williams heading out over the dyke and North's massive impression the facts are plainly clear. Missing the odd game is neither here nor there, it is 'presence and effect' that is of most importance. Ymlaen Howley

Maybe so, but who else in the squad is subject to the rule? Charteris? Faletau? Halfpenny?

Personally I would scrap gatlands law and allow players to play wherever they want to play. I truly believe that overpaying many players to stay in Wales is harming the game.
Let them go, then the money that is saved can be re-invested.

We have seen the result in The Lion's.
When push comes to shove it's what you can do .. not where you come from.

If you want to know about the one that got away from the Ospreys (Again) have a look up for regan grace. he didn't get a dev contract and went North, and is setting the game alight apparently.

Still able to pick 'em, get some less expensive all year round available NWQs, and they are prime examples and will provide leadership and development to the emerging players. win/win

Thomas Young no7 (Wasps) mom against Saracens and scoring three tries, must be worthy of a place? Strong, fast, clever and scores tries.

Re: Keeping eyes on Wales players in England and France
Young looks like a real prospect. Would probably like to see him put in one more season as teams are now more aware of his ability and will have a plan B to deal with him. However, in terms of natural talent he looks like a significant player.
